So you see, EA, a multibillion dollar company compared to Epic cannot afford to release free content anymore.  rolleyes.gif

Actually that is not bullshit.... that is the reason why they are billion dollar company...

if they release 'free' things... they would not become that rich....

same goes to other 'billion dollar company'..... the richer they are, the arrogent they be...

This is always all depend on the supply and demand of economy. Since there is no other games similar to BF2 and the demand of more new contents is high, there is no reason for them not to make money out of it.

If you were them, do you think you will be so stupid to forego the million dollars just to win some praises from BF2 fans?

There is official Euro Force website available.

BF2: Euro Force Official Site

It show off the renders of all the EU weapons(except P90), all EU soldier models and some of the EU vehicles(all seen before).

The EU assault kit gets the different version of Medic unlockable, the L85A2 with a grenade launcher attachment. sweat.gif

There are also other weapons shown like the HK-53A3(Medic), HK-21(Support), FAMAS(Spec Ops), Benneli M4(Engineer), L96A1(Sniper).

BF2: Euro Force is set to be released on Feb 23rd. This date could however be applicable to Germany only, then again since the 1.2 patch is due out soon this could very well be true.

QUOTE
Here are some details:

- The boost pack will be released on February 23rd - whether this only applies to Germany is not clear
- When you buy Euro Force, you don't buy a physical product, merely a code. With this code you are then able to download the game with the EA Downloader
- It looks like you'll need a GameSpy username to use the downloader
- The download will be approximately 350MB in size

Source:BFNation News

The EA downloader website has already been updated for Euro Force. It also states that anyone in US, Europe and Asia will be able to purchase it.

*EDIT* The 1.2 patch readme states that there is no 64 player mp maps for Euro Force, only 16 and 32. Sucks! shocking.gif
