That lag is normal if you have lousy rig...

On the serious side, the lag happened because the data is still being read from the HDD, hence the slowdown..

If you have a raptor with raid 0 setup i can guarantee 100% you will not get the 1 to 2 sec lagg at startup

It is just happened during my last night flight in J10... when I aimed the aircraft carrier with evil smile diving like king fisher the just in sudden, kaboom the jet crashed on the deck...

the so called booster pack we are purchasing contains mainly the maps,i dunno about the weapons and stuff,because they already installed the weapons files into the database already

You are forgetting the new euro vehicles.

No need SF to play Euro Force. The 3 maps will be part of the vanilla BF2 server rotation.
