try to upgrade to fw 5.1.1.. have download the iPhone3,1_5.1.1_9B206_Restore.ipsw fw..

but it said firmware not compatible..

what fw should i download..is it 4 GSM Built 9B208...tq

Thanks for your replies guys. I know this may sound stupid but just to clarify. I'll need to clean-up my iPhone to a new, default iPhone with 5.1.1 (without JB tweaks/reformatted) and re-JB it with Absinthe 2.0 right?

So the phone will begin from scratch and after JB-ed only I transfer all my data back and re-DL Cydia apps. Correct?

Apple really likes to Wow you with useless statistics. They really know how to market themselves. Other companies should try and learn a few tricks or so.

Who likes to dissect the above useless stats from Apple? Of course it was a shorter time frame .... OS X only controls 10 percent (AT MOST) of the computer market.

Microsoft should come out and say ... yeah it took us 26 months to get 500 million existing customers to upgrade to Windows 7, and it took you 9 months to get 40 million of your Mac users to upgrade ...... It took us 3 days to get 40 million users to upgrade by the way ...

I hate how Apple manipulate stats to their advantage ... it is disingenuous and really annoys me because Apple really thinks that people are stupid.

not really,when u update to ios 5.1.1,if u have already jb,it will automatically remove your jb if not mistaken.

thus just update and run absinthe again should be sufficient.

Hi. How to remove temp@cache cydia tweaks? Not the safari one.

My prob:
I installed winterboard, color keyboard and manually added theme for color keyboard and some stuff for winterboard. After having some problem, i uninstalled and installed back. Unfortunately, the theme and some stuff that i manually added using iexplorer still there. I find it quite disturbing. Eventhough i restore my iphone, its still there.

How to fully remove them? Is it because of i installed aptbackup? I want a clean jailbreak.
