So can someone teach me how to backup Cydia app before I re-jaibreak?

It's a hassle to rmbr and reinstall all those tweaks again.

Guys I'm experiencing my screen size keeps expanding and reducing by itself. Sometimes the top screen will be cut off a bit sometimes the lower screen.
It's working fine for the past one year and I did not install any new tweak ever since.
Please help
