hi guys,

can someone give me reasons me why i should get this phone instead of HTC Sensation XE?

been googling around and still stuck between Sensation XE or Galaxy S2 thanks

The thing is, did he flash any custom kernel at all before try to flash the rom. I'm afraid that he rooted his phone with doomlord tool only and then want to flash rom straight away.

Funny why you would even consider sensation.

Oh well, here goes.

1 s2 is thinner n lighter. Even after put case sees almost same as sense, sense after casing looks huge.
2 more users, more users means more support and development, look at sense thread, still v4, s2 thread is v 32.
3 better camera. Check from GSM arena photo compare tool. Sense camera is quite awful.
4 more casing choice, wherever u go, also got sell case for s2
5 very smooth and fast, more ram than sense I think, gpu also much better
6 super amoled vs LCD, no need compare lo s2 win hands down, use dark wall paper, and it will save a lot battery
7 more 2nd hand value, I think ? Since s2 more famous.

Anyway, rmb to buy non g version. I9100, not the i9100G

Look in lowyat garage sales. If you can't get a non g version, probably stick with sense.
G version, hm....let's just say got more issues than non g version.

for titanium backup.....how it will upload our backup to cloud? like the newly google drive?

i already associate my google account, but how it will automatically upload?

so he already got cwm, if he want that rom so badly, just flash lucifer and follow other instructions from the thread. i saw some people also got mismatch md5 error when restoring the rom v5.1.

Newbie question...

In the apps page 3, shown below, I uninstalled two apps. Now there are two empty spaces at the bottom right.
How can I move the apps from page 4 to page 3?

Two ways.

1. Manually arrange/move apps, by clicking menu button, then edit, then dragging apps.
2. Install appzorter lite from playstore. Has option to "compress" which will keep your existing order but fill in those blank spaces, or "sort" (alphabetically or by date I believe, and can put system apps before user as well in options).

2nd way alot easier, used to use it when I was on sammy based roms

But seriously, between S2 (non-G) versus Sensation XE, I would recommend S2 anytime.

You can google S2 versus Sensation XE online and read up and make your own assessment...
