They know Fire Red color demand is high, but they allocated that color for test drive car.. aduh.......... now they don't have stock for early bird customer.....later on give excuse because of this and that la...

Proton had improved product & development. I still feel that, they are lack in Marketing strategy. During the Power of 1 event, they should already know how many pre-book units and what are the color & spec from each of the showroom.
Since, the launching had delay to 16th April, they still have pretty more time to prepare the stock for the pre-booker. What i feel now is, they does not have well preparation, they simply allocate the car color based on the current stock. If the particular showroom have a prebook fire red, they should allocate that to the customer instead of allocate the car as a test drive car. |

(dalam hati i kata baik tak payah dtg test drive macam ni. buat penat je). nasib baik i kecek slow talk ngan dia. lepas gak bawak 2 orang ( i dgn salah 1 org dr family i) + SA. so jumlah dlm kereta 3 org. pastu akhirnya diberi peluang gak test drive jauh2. puas hati. tp kesian ada family i yg x dpt join sesi test drive tu. last2 belanja makan nak cool down my family. sbb i tau diaorang (my family) pun marah dan geram. i rasa i dapat layanan macam tu maybe sebab i excited nak beli kot dan dia yakin i memang nak beli. loan semua da siap sign just tunggu kereta. i boleh sabar hingga hujung april ni je. kalau i tak dapat kereta dan tak ada alasan memuaskan i nak gertak dia sikit nak ubah dealer ke SA ke. skrg tak pe bg dia chance dulu lg pun i masih boleh sabar lagi. p/s: sia2 orang di kilang/ HQ proton kerja kuat kalau perangai SA tak mau berubah. nasib baik i ni setia. kalau org lain maybe diaorang da hilang customer. tu tak pk lg kuasa customer yg hilang tu pengaruhi kawan2/ family dia. kalau dia baca lantak la. malas nak cover2 da. memang sakit hati tambah2 bila i pi 1 dealer lain di alor setar, SA tu cakap ada orang dah receive kereta walhal i book lagi awal pd dia. bg i my SA bukanlah teruk sgt. tp isu2 kecil ni jgn la buat2 main2. boleh buat org jd fed up. nak call selalu bukan tak nak tp kesian lak my SA nanti dia rasa macam kena kejar je. tapi bila lemah lembut jd camni la. huhu. jangan bagi muka sangat ngan SA ni,kejan jangan tak kejan |
