Okay, here's the result after delid :
8 hours prime95, 90% ram, 4.5Ghz @ 1.3v.

Before this, my temperature will hit 104-105c @ 4.5Ghz. So delid improve my temperature by 9-10c. Not to mention, im only using cheap TIM here, deepcool thermal compound . I bet i will get 12-15c improvement if i use liquid ultra . Now im perfectly stable with this speed . Btw, it took me around 10min only to delid, seriously im really glad i do it right.

It seems 4.5Ghz is the max oc i can get with my cooler. 4.6Ghz already hitting 104c (after 20min) & I need at least 1.4v to be stable without any WHEA error. I really have a bad chip here. So 4.5 it is.

Liquid Ultra is the best thermal compound available in market?

Even used on IHS (not underneath IHS) tempt can be reduce as well? Also mind to tell me where can I get it?

Not exactly but for ihs to die tim, yes its the best out there because its almost identical to fluxless solder. Metal>TIM in heat transfer.

1st time experiencing Asus Anti-Surge. System was shutdown and restarted. Happened just after installed new 2nd hand extension cable and new casing. Never experience it before lol.
Now back with normal psu cable back. Hopefully will run normally back

Finally found the lowest voltage for 4.6Ghz, stable for 10 hours.

Did you guys ever concerned about WHEA error?

You mean no WHEA errors OR no errors in LinX/Prime95?

But i thing 13-11-24 should be all right. never test yet.
