Some scenery problems to be solved

Some really nice pict in here especially the S'pore airlines 1.
The 2nd pict looks very realistic. Must be using a great graphic card.
BTW, what version of FS is used in those picts??

err, mine is Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004.

Not great graphic card la, enough to play the game with acceptable graphics..

Anyhow , i got a problem guys >.< . Just got myself a new joystick , and was planing of playing flight simulator 2004 again .

I cant install it anymore I get somekind of application error , and the setup refuses to start . No scratches on the disc or anything although it's already 2 years old . Any suggestions ?

I dunno but i'm playing with 9800se softmodded to 9800pro, the graphic is crappy.

well,

go to your GC setting, set AA to 4X, AF to 4X

disable AntiAliasing in FS Display settings..

but AA is AntiAliasing, just share what graphic card you using, those pics just looks awesome

find an FS2004 community forum. Usually there will be players that actually took the time to configure the joystick for the game.
Download the profile and use it with the profiler.

Im using a 9600XT. Nothing special there.

Those pics are sharpened using adobe photoshop and have it's color balanced.

AA is anti aliasing, but FS AA is just plain rubbish. Use AA on your GraphicCard setting and disable it in FS.

Trust me it works..

AA in FS murders your frames and dont look that good either.

Just reinstalled back my FS and did a test flight on board Virgin Blue 737 from Melbourne to Sydney, thought i would put some shots here, no landing pictures. It was a disastrous one.

i'm very interest with this game, but what is the point of this game ? to become pilot or to fullfill flight schedule ?

(mostly game come with 'mission')

its just a simulation, hence no missions and stuff. Normal people find it extremely boring but to plane enthutiasts, it could be the best game in the world.

Anotehr shot ! This is taken on approach to Sydney, passing some suburban residential areas..

did u sharpen all images with photoshop??
try posting some pure ones, not edited with photoshop
