A Gravis eh? haven't seen those for a while biggrin.gif . Im using a batered 6 years old Ms Sidewinder Precision Pro. Its a good stick but now having problem with the trigger button and rudder axis. I wish Uncle Billy still make this stick cause in my opinion its the best stick i ever own.

I'v been thinking of getting meself a Saitek X45 or X52. Does anyone here have experiance with Saitek X45 and X52?

Nice. How much did it cost you? Its not available here right?

@matjenin

hey, i used to own that same joystick. Had the same problem as well. The trigger button was stuck and rudder was messed up.
Im now using x-45 and let me tell you it makes a lot of difference. Takes a while to get used to it though.

Thanks for the imput guys. From my limited knowledge X45 does not have twisty rudder but X52 have one. is it true? So what do you use for rudder? cause nowdays i usually fly FB+AEP+PF (online mostly) thus rudder and trim control is essential for those split second deflection shot tongue.gif

Crusader : Huhu... a Cougar, the Super Duper Ultimate Uber Stick. If i were u ill add meself a Pro Pedals and Track IR and my simming world would be compleate rclxm9.gif

Btw have anyone here have or use Track IR? Are there any pc shops in Malaysia sell track IR? The only place i know that sells Track IR is in Singapore.

wait a minute... I didnt know the x52 has a twist stick rudder. Dammit I always thought it was a bit too "bling-bling" (with all those lights).
Yeah the only problem I have with the x45 is the rudder. Not impossible to use but a bit weird if youre used to the twist rudder.

Haha ... yea , the x52 has a twist stick rudder . Difference from the x45 is that it has a rudder lock smile.gif . It's some button that u engage for people who cant stand twisty sticks laugh.gif

I think manutd6389 is referring to Microsoft Flight Simulations X.
It is schedule to be release at the end of 2006 or sometime early next year.

Hehe... i wish they ship it with rudder pedals for FREE, then we won't use those twisty thingging.
Corad : Do you still use the twist rudder? If so how does it feels (accurate?, sluggish?, don't bother using em?).
Its been a toss up for me about this between X45 and X52.

Anyway guys, any info on Track IR?
