obvious or not is not the main question here but with the incorrect alignment of joint metal with crappy spot weld..is it possible to increase the safety of the car itself as claim by the proton? thats the question that we should take in to consider though..
*
yes on some cars the metals are not even alligned properly until ada lubang and could start to rust. will be an issue later on. Nowadays all cars use spot welding on their doors, Cheap cars aswell but the finishing is fine.

I guess everything was rush to meet the deadline for these preves.

it's the frame, oh boy! dont make me debate with you like fanboy. this thing already explain and debate repeat again & again
*
Yes its the frame. Its not alligned. Is it due to spot welding? No. Other cars can do it fine. Why not preve? cheaper car has better finishing.

lets compare to my car..

typical proton troopers lah...blaming tester instead of proton itself...the car design should withstand any hardcore driving method from driver to ensure reliability and safety and ofcos quality..

Seriously, this should not happen no matter how u test drive the car.
Air-cond button and shitty welding still ok... But drive shaft?
When u test drive the car, u also will want to drive it to it's max capability. Dont tell me u drive like an auntie when u test drive a car?

the unit that i test drive, the frame gap are fill with line welding like inspira and add-on with spot welding maybe to strong-it, dont have any hole or obvious gap like u said or any pictures, forget to take picture, but that's what i can said. the inconsistency maybe there like u said before. but still not the main point

u see any gap or holes there? compare the finishing to this preve. Bad huh? Certain units are fine. Some are pretty ridiculous.
Thats why i say the inconsistency is due to a rush job. Hopefully the cars wont be like this when they reach the customers.

some of the problem is the parts is not fit with other parts.. proton, they do really have a lot of vendor.. for example, air-cond knob by A company.. dashboard by B company.. when all the parts is assemble together, bang it doesnt fit.. returned and adjust the parts.. thats why u can see the indicator tercabut..

seriously advice from my friend, dont buy 1st gen proton car.. after 1 year, go on and have fun.. i really support proton but things like this disappointing me..

Yes.. Read what i post again, INCONSISTENCY between units. Some are very very bad until starting to rust. These are the units yg org duk bising sgt bro. U cant blame them if they complaint about it. Its protons fault for this rush job.
Lets just hope that the units that reach the customers arent like these.
