Yes for serviced apartment @ SkyPark CyberJaya is already registered with Kementerian Perumahan Kerajaan Tempatan (KPKT) and protected under Housing Development Act and that's the reason your service apartment loan is residential mortgage loan and strata title will be given to purchaser once the strata book is opened once completion. http://www.kpkt.gov.my/kpkt_2013/ |

I think I'm way too late eventhou i've found out this proj very early.
Any service residence unit still available? I heard my it's fully sold out and only left Soho office?  |

Any confirmation on the permium outlet? Heard there is a permuim outlet in Sepang in 2015 but Sky Park only completed in 2017.

Did bank release the loan? No news at all.. And when can we hv the 10k booking back? almost forgot.. tq~ |
