It would mean the developer has not requested the progressive payment from banks yet for the service apt to avoid paying interest since this is DIBS. I think someone explained this in earlier thread.

this project was pretty good and bold, but the main drawback was no parking provided.

they will rent u the car park lot instead of giving you one when you purchased a unit.

How about carparks for visitors? should have it right? haha

sorry for not elaborating, what i meant was the purchased unit don't come with free carpark. you need to rent from the management at the end of the day and thus the rental will be at their mercy. not my cup of tea i would say.

MCT style is like that, as far as I know, at least for this skypark n dpristine iskandar.
according to mct, some owner don wan car park, some want more, so just rent directly from mct, simple.
cos/and it is manage by mct itself, so we hv no worry about the maintenance cos they wan tak care of their reputation too..
their maintenance cost is lower too cos no car park for us..
anyway, for long run like 10 or 20 yrs, is still good to hv/purchase the car park..
but unfortunately, we cant ..

the lakefront....
to me.. it is truly... extreamly ...many many.... units....
got a bit like the "bi gui yuan".. what what garden at iskandar..
visited last month.. total 17 blks I think, 9000+ units, 57 scres land..
cheapest is 800psf to 1200psf...
size staring fr about 800sf..

A minor correction - it's a 5 level basement carparks, not 3.
