HIIT is the concept. It can mean running or push up, sit up, squats, jumps, weight training etc. It is the time intervals that are different. I want to ask is what activity are you doing?

You lost 10 kg. So I ask you where around your body is the 10 kg lost?

It is better than me as I only lost 7 kg from January. But I lost 2 inches at my belly and my legs are getting slimmer except the calves are getting bigger and more muscular. Now I am stuck with loose skin at the belly.

I found out that we need to vary our movements as we will burn less calories when we become too efficient with the same set of exercises and intensity. Meaning a 3 km run that burns 300 cal will only burn 200 cal after 1 month running.

I just cut sugar 2 months back and found it very helpful.

Ok. I run, squats, jumpping, burpee with kicking, mountain climbing etc. I follow the program T25.

From Dec 2012 - January 2013 im using a fitness program call power 90. i follow the workout i lost 4kg, afterwards i go for P90X but i didnt finish the program coz i demotivated so i On and off working out till now.

I lost 4inch on my belly, 3inch on my chest, 2 inch on my hips, 2inch on my arm, 2inch on my tight.

When i 1st cut out all 3in 1 drinks i also lost 1kg now I hv very little intake on sugar.

For Now i duno what should i do to get rid of my belly fat, so frustrated... shakehead.gif

You lost so many inches. Do you have loose skin problem?

I see another problem you have. Stress. You gave your body and mind positive stress by exercise. Now your body won't respond. You get negative stress. Both positive and negative stress is bad for the body in the long term. Stress produce cortisol that will tell your body to be on survival mode and conserve energy.

You may have to temporary stop doing the strenous exercise and do some qigong which is proven to remove the cortisol from the body. Try it and feedback your results.

if you are getting progress in loss fat. just stick to your program. not necessary to have cheat meal. (especially your body fat % >20%)

if want easy, let said your are 1800.
so you set your daily calories target like 1300. then track your daily calories intake. then see how your progress after 3-4weeks. that easy right?

Anything that can give resistance to the movement i.e dumbell, barbell, body weight, elastic cords, water etc.

If you think along this line, you are free to design your own workout at your convenience.

For me, I may do walking, running, calisthetics, swimming etc.

Eat 10% less than your TDEE. Eat a balanced diet, consume about 0.6g protein per lbs of body weight, the rest distributed among complex carbs and healthy fats. Lift weights twice a week, and do HIIT sprints once a week. Google whatever you don't understand in this paragraph.

HIIT 30min x 5 days is good enough in my opinion.

Add in weights training to tone up your body and build muscle. Time is not the concern but what sort of weight training you do, and whether you're doing it effectively.

Why go the hard way when you can just consume a proper balanced diet in line with your TDEE, and exercise lesser days.

hmm... mayb i didnt see any result, so im so depress, thinking that is it i'm working out too little? or my diet got problem...
So are you advise me keep my diet below mt TDEE and working out like usual is enough? The rest depends to TIME?

Emphasis is on a balanced, natural diet with minimal refined foods. Next comes going slightly below the TDEE.
Then there's weightlifting and sprinting to maintain your fitness levels and muscle mass, in addition to your overall health.
And you're depressed because you didn't see results? How did you expect to see results without a proper end goal in mind and a solid plan to achieve that goal? So by such inference you are probably depressed about your own mental weakness and failure to garner the willpower to work hard towards a goal, as opposed to getting depressed due to not seeing results. Anyhow, conclusion would be, to come up with a proper and achievable plan, and follow through with it.
