Hi, I`m currently taking ON hydrowhey. My weight is 79KG. I wish to drop the weight until around 70KG. I`m doing weight training on monday, wednesday, friday per week and i take whey protein on post-workout. My question is did i need to take fat burner to boost the effect? and did i need to take whey protein on non-workout day? Thank for the help
Not necessary unless you are below 10% and want to shred that last bit for a photoshoot or competition. Then it could be of use after all other options are exhausted.
i wanted to switch from my ON creatine mono powder to capsules, mainly because it taste bad when dissolved in water, taste like im drinking metal, and also hard to dissolve
i saw there's some buffering agent there, does it do anything ? i dont mind if it doesnt help but as long as it dont hinder the absorption of the creatine mono then its good
well i do notice with BCAA, muscle recovery and muscle soreness is reduced after workout. compare with workout i did without BCAA, i can only say there is slight difference in terms of muscle fatigue, soreness. but in terms of money value, i think spend on whey or other natural protein source better la.
Hi sifus, I been taking Fish oil capsule after dinner, and green tea 2 hours after lunch. I plan in add in Whey protein after workout or before sleep and maybe apple cider vinegar when wakes up in the morning. Will all these somehow counter react with each other, in a bad way?
It doesn't matter when you take fish oil. Either spread out or all at one go. But don't take it with green tea at the same time.
