My shoulder seems to be nearing 100% again!

Managed to do this for bench press:

60kgx16
80kgx12
100kgx12
120kgx10

Needed a spotter but felt like I could still increase!

Me gusta! tongue.gif

Hey guys. I'm not trolling about. I wanna ask about masturbation/sex effects on bodybuilding. Since ejaculation reduces test levels, should we reduce the number of times ejaculating? Or is it negligible. Any personal experience? wink.gif
*
That point is very highly debated.

IMO as long as you don't do it 10 times a day you'll be fine.

QUOTE(synchun @ Sep 14 2012, 01:49 PM)
Hello guys, I've been reading articles in reference to fasted cardio. The general idea of fasted cardio is, we go overnight without eating and kick up our day with low to medium intensity cardio on an empty stomach. The science behind fasted cardio is when we go on prolonged absence of food, our body will experience a reduction in our insulin level and causing depletion of glycogen, and when this happens, our body will shift towards fat to fuel workout. On the other hand, I believe everyone here who hits the gym regularly have a common goal. Everyone wants to put on a few lbs of lean muscle mass and look better. The last thing we all want to see is, losing our muscle mass. There were articles saying fasted cardio will put our body into catabolic state. It's ridiculous to sacrifice our hard-earned muscles just to burn the extra calories since it's much easier to cut than to put on lean muscle mass. With that being said, does any of you here include fasted cardio? If yes, how effective it is and do you take protein shake/BCAA prior to workout?
*
I do fasted training.

I take BCAA preworkout and intra.

Pedro, you said before that I can get lactase pills. Where to get ah? I went to pharmacies and clinics they don't carry lactase cause very very few percentages of malaysians are lactose intolerant. That's not very nice lol.
*
Apparently you are right, most of them don't have Lactase specifically.

But they do have multi enzymes with Betaine Hydrochloride,Pancreatin,Amylase.Lactase,Protease and cellulase among others to facilitate digestion.

I will try to get a brand name for ya!
