Screwed my left shoulder today. Was doing barbell front raises. Never done them before. Shouldn't have done it since I didn't feel comfortable with my left shoulder clicking every time. Now it's painful. Hopefully it's just muscular sore but doesn't feel like it. :/

Torn pecs? Been there for awhile. The red line. Doesn't hurt though. But it's been here for a few months now.

Thank god for your reply bro. Found a similar story on bb.com. Friends told me I tore my pec. Scare me for quite a bit there.

I thought it would hurt. Today my friends and a PT I know told me to check it out. I saw similar photos but with bruising on the arms in bb.com though. Scared the shit out of me.

I used to play badminton for the state. Then I stopped playing for a year plus when I went for my studies. I discovered weight lifting and stopped badminton all together lol. Quite common to have elbow pain from badminton from wrong method of hitting strokes. You use your wrist not your arm to hit the shuttles. Let it rest.
It's called tennis elbow.

Although this isn't related to bodybuilding, smashing isn't always about strength. With proper strokes, you can maximise impact without putting much effort. It's hard to undo something you've become accustomed to. But it's the best way to go forward lol.

I don't really like greg plitt's approach to stuff. Sure his physique is perfect but some of the things he do sounds stupid. Working out twice a day and stuff.
