Screwed my left shoulder today. Was doing barbell front raises. Never done them before. Shouldn't have done it since I didn't feel comfortable with my left shoulder clicking every time. Now it's painful. Hopefully it's just muscular sore but doesn't feel like it. :/

Torn pecs? Been there for awhile. The red line. Doesn't hurt though. But it's been here for a few months now. Attached thumbnail(s)

QUOTE(darklight79 @ Jan 23 2013, 08:51 PM) You'll be crying like a lil b**** if it's a torn pec. I thought it would hurt. Today my friends and a PT I know told me to check it out. I saw similar photos but with bruising on the arms in bb.com though. Scared the shit out of me.

QUOTE(jimlim007 @ Feb 1 2013, 12:04 PM) i confirmed is not the joint, is the bottom muscle near to the elbow pain. I guess i go too intense on past week, same day have workout and night go play badminton with heavy + wrong method of smashes. hmm... i still like workout and badmintons, need to be extra careful when doing both exercises. I used to play badminton for the state. Then I stopped playing for a year plus when I went for my studies. I discovered weight lifting and stopped badminton all together lol. Quite common to have elbow pain from badminton from wrong method of hitting strokes. You use your wrist not your arm to hit the shuttles. Let it rest. It's called tennis elbow. QUOTE(jimlim007 @ Feb 1 2013, 05:36 PM) Thank for your info sharing . Now i learn this is call tennis elbow. I had to improve myself on the smash method. may be i already long time adopted with wrong method (pain every session after game so far lol...), need little time to self remind during smash. Although this isn't related to bodybuilding, smashing isn't always about strength. With proper strokes, you can maximise impact without putting much effort. It's hard to undo something you've become accustomed to. But it's the best way to go forward lol.

QUOTE(McDBigMaC @ Feb 4 2013, 11:15 PM) Hey guys, any of you guys saw the new workout plan by Greg Plitt? Just release few minutes ago.his diet plan suggest only 1 solid whole food meal per day and then 5 others are all just liquid supplements. I'm abit skeptic thou, what your your take on this guys? http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/mft28-greg...-by-met-rx.htmlI don't really like greg plitt's approach to stuff. Sure his physique is perfect but some of the things he do sounds stupid. Working out twice a day and stuff.
