stunner: euphoria control, more tweaks. lack of stock apps. mass storage mode.

midnote: most of the stock apps available. level of tweaking: low or nearly impossible. MTP mode.

the file system. when u connect ur phone to PC, mass storage mode is like the one in GB or like u plug in pendrive. more convenient to transfer things.

MTP mode: media transfer mode. sometimes you will be required to convert ur file type before transferring. the native mode for ICS.

Flashed Stunner 5.0 yesterday and it was awesome la smile.gif
I never use sMemo or sPlanner so not a big deal for me and as long as i use the sPen to play Draw Something it's ok for me. Stunner 5.0 really slick, smooth and fast and the battery usage is really good.

If i am not mistaken Midnote is very close to stock ICS rom. So thats why its following the native traits.

hmmm... the only minor problem i had with stunner 5.0 is that i can't change the screen density to tablet ui mode. followed the exact steps as mentioned in euphoria control but still can't change it to tablet ui. anyway it's not a big deal.

yesterday night after flashing Stunner and setup the homescreen midway, hand itchy - decided to flash last final time TW base rom - the ALBA ICS. Ended up my caller ID problem occur again - i think my Note does not like TW system. laugh.gif

"No choice" flashed back to Stunner. In fact i made a Nandroid for Stunner 5.0 before flashing to ALBA ICS but it fail to restore. So did a fresh flash and start all over again, wasted 2 hours. doh.gif

Stunner is really a nice rom - lots of customization possible, smooth and fast too. thumbup.gif
