Guys, need an advice, I bought a second hand SGN and when I sms to check the warranty, it ask for me to register. I have emailed to ewarranty.sme@samsung.com together with my details and the scan copy of receipt. But after 3 weeks did not receive any reply and checked sms, still the reply not registered. I called Samsung Careline and they informed me even if I did not e-register the product, I can claim warranty by bringing the receipt, but the problem is I do not have an original receipt, only the scan copy which the previous owner emailed to me.
Can anybody give some advice how to register my SGN. TQ
