Take out the cable, then go to your phone settings > Wireless and network > USB storage

It will prompt you to cucuk your USB cable after clicking connect.. Maybe can try that?

Yes it should contain the Samsung warranty card and the seal on the box should be blue with samsung written all over it.. If you open the back the battery has the samsung sticker as well.

AP's are also original sets, but because they are brought over from another country thats why the AP's dont have the samsung warranty. That's the only difference.. Other than that the phone functions the same.. Well maybe you will get softwares updates a little later than SME sets

My hubby has the SME set and i have the AP set. I would be glad to help you check the stickers tomorrow.. im a little drowsy now LOL.. bedtime! And not to mention opening my casing would be a great hassle in the dark

If your ICS is on the LP5 kernal you cannot go straight back to GB. *If i am not mistaken* uncle benny got tell this to me before.. The last time i did i flashed the Abyss kernal before using PC odin to go back to Gingerbread

Haiz.. such a shame.. midnote was a fun rom.. but im unlucky to be having problems.. Mainly was contacts that was the only problem.. So now im on ICS stunner.. its really stunning.. but minus the samsung options but i can live with it for now..

It will auto sync when you put in your gmail account..

The last time i was on iPhone i did 2 backups.. One with google.. another one with an app called iDrive Lite. Pick the latter one if google method you dint understand.. but backup both also good. hehe.

Hurrrmmm i learnt from my mistake.. Forgot to tell you about this the last time i installed midnote.. was twice.. 2nd time, my contacts become like corrupted like that.. and numbers belonging to others joined with another!!! I had to manually clean up and with the FC problem.. omg it was a hassle.. So i dint use google sync this time i used idrive lite.. but on my google account also i cleaned everything

Did you try check your contacts at google? See if everything is there perhaps?

For now i choose Stunner over Midnote.. Maybe coz im just unlucky.. i had so many bugs on midnote.. Else midnote would have been the perfect rom for me.

Downside of Stunner is that samsung apps cant be used.. other than that its all fine.. no bugs and sorts... Pretty good Love the tablet mode as well
