The GL spec is launched last month to replace previous mid spec model. Check out paultan for the differences between the two. If you're getting 2014 car, gotta be getting good discount as compared to 2015 car. I just took delivery of a 2015 GL spec car without leather seats and navi.

How much u get discount for 2015 GL spec ?

2014 stock? How much discount you get? What i know is there's no more 2014 stock, if is old stock make sure you get the best discount.
Gl spec come with faric, 2014 mid spec come with leather seat if i'm not mistaken.

Some dealers may still have 2014 cars. I was offered one last month but didn't take up because the discount offered was only 3K.

I've got 10k cash rebate, free tinted either SolarTint or RayTech + 350 voucher, smart tag, full tank petrol, door visor....is that a good deal.....

What's the door visor look like? I purchased 2015 High Spec with all the above but 5k rebate.

I am not sure.....the SA said its original Mazda punya....but when I ask is it using clip or double sided 3m tape? he said it is double sided 1......

weird...when in the past using Honda, the original door visor is using clip instead of double sided which is normally aftermarket OEM type....

but i dont mind...as long its free....hahah...visor quite important for smokers like me...especially during rain

2014 mid spec or 2015 GL spec?

10k rebate is based on pre or post GST price for mid spec? The price (post GST) for GL spec is 126k excluding insurance.

the unit is 2014 Medium Spec with Leather Seat with no navigation n front sensor i think.....the selling price they gave me for the unit is post GST price which is 129 incl. insurance if i'm not mistaken....but it's a showroom unit....which have some light scratches and hand prints all over here n there....they promise to polish n clean until its like new again...(which not much issue for me...)...its a display unit after all...so its the only last stock 2014 unit they have....they've got another new GL 2015 unit Aluminium Silver ready stock but only 1K rebate....so I take the 2014 one with the good deal offered....

Guys, a quick question. Im planning to purchase a CX-5 soon. Just to reduce my monthly commitment, is it best to purchase:

1) CX-5 High spec; or shall I just go with;
2)CX-5 Mid spec (add in leather seat+navi). However, my SA told me I cant install the navi in M spec due to lack plug point ( not sure what exactly is she trying to say).

The additional specs are not very important to me.
