Mine is show g... Really g got this issue? Or just mine... Really buggin .... Unable to listen to mp3 or watching video smoothly... Really annoying :-(

Did u try MX player?Might work. Or maybe copy the movie into internal SD and try? I've heard that SD card doesnt play nice with i9100G.(for some people)

Bro.., bebeq is a small part-time seller. He's not like DirectD which is a company. Bebeq upgrade all his non-G S2 phone by himself . DirectD don't have time to do all that.

i9100 have lots of support . cm9 or stock rom availability sure will not have problem .

First of all, i dont think bebeq sell AP the G version as he hates G version. Furthermore there's no issue bebeq gave ICS updates as ICS for G version still haven't release yet. Bebeq gave free ICS updates for his non-G phones.
DirectD wont give you free updates at all no matter you buy a G or non-G version.
Btw..where did you buy your AP set.?

i din said dun trust bebeq.. i just felt weird that if bebeq able to update 4.0.3 y can't those ap set like directD offered 2.3.3.. maybe like u said they r bz... if i bought then can't update wanna find him b leceh lah.. look at garage sales.. mostly sell the ap set for non G all come with 2.3.3 de said internet got issue lah can't update to 2.3.6 lah but actually can update anot we not sure.. said only also no prove.. u feel me? so i guess those sell I9100 non G for ap set actually hardware is G version.. G can remove or add easily if they know how 2 do.. i'm noob so i dunno that's y i'm asking..

the back button need to press many times.. sometimes ok but 80% u need to press back at least 2~3 times.. very leceh.. the back button really got serious issue.. maybe other dun have this issue.

stop the crap. as long as it's I9100, you can update it via odin, kies or custom roms. my s2 ap set comes with 2.3.3. i dont have any problem with the update.

My own personal advice is get a non-G version. Either buy brand new AP set or buy 2nd hand local non-G set.

You cannot change the hardware la bro. The CPU and GPU different between this two version. If you flash a G version firmware updates on a non-G phone then you'll end up soft bricking that phone already. So there's no way dealer/seller gonna sell a G version phone as a non-G one. It's IMPOSIBBRUUU..!!!

They cannot update cos they dunno how and kies is buggy. Does not matter is G or nonG or "G disguise as nonG" all can update through kies. Plus since its already AP set just flash with odin lar cos no official warranty also.

Did use mx and other.. Even standard player.. Also same issue...
Done that also... did transfer to internal.. Result still the same...
Did do factory reset... Really gladly hope it will be okay... Aiyak...still same.. Really frustrated..

Use Kies lor to check for updates. Or since your G phone is from SME then just go to service centre for official updates. It free of charge :-)

wanna check update only.. will go samsung centre soon.. if found out not ori.. lawyer is ready!
