Where can I get polk audio db351 speakers, preferably in Penang or by postage.

Dear all SiFU,

i just bought Sony XAV-712BT HU... Apparently i am using Galaxy Note 3 and got to know that the HU does not support this unit for Mirrorlink.. However, the seller gave me an adapter and plug into HDMI connector and im able to see my mirror a while before the HU shows ' the unit is not compatible '

Secondly once connected, it also shows ' The Touch Panel is not compatible ' Please use MHL or your Handset .......

Can any sifu offers some piece of advice?

hi guys can reccomend any good shop around gombak, ibu kota area to install head unit... trying to find ppl who sell this two models (can reccomend something similiar)... coz my budget is as close rm 500 as possible... most the lowyat forum seller dont do installation

Thinking about upgrading my HU (currently using an Alpine CDA-9857).

Requirements are BT AND iPod input (preferably both).

Optional, but would be nice - prefer display comparable to the CDA-9857 (not calculator display type). I can live without this, but I think the scrolling to read song names/album names/etc. would be really annoying with the calculator displays.



Obviously, because I am a proud Malaysian, I want cheap also so this is the third priority. Does anyone have recommendations?

Wah... looks very nice... but price also very nice That's why I said "optional" for nice display haha... Seems like all the HU with non calculator display are ~RM1k+++. I was thinking about ~RM500 budget for the HU only (pokai lah now)... Any recommendations? Not too picky with brand (just hope to get something reputable).

* Also, rear USB for iPod connection would be nice so nothing is sticking out of the front.

Does anyone know what HUs (double din screens) have HDMI input?

Could be Alpine X008EU (universal), Pioneer AVH-X8650BT & Kenwood DNN9350BT/DNX535VBT/DNX5350BT/DNR8035BT & etc....

Wah.. ok. Amongst the lot which ones have HDMI input and is relatively cheap? That X008EU isn't available yet here. I want proper warranty unit
