Btw you can use it as midrange too if you want...just adjust from crossover i think...

anyone here knows shop selling pioneer HU with app radio.. area around JB/Kluang.. I saw someone selling one in this thread but i can't find it anymore.

I've change my hu to aftermarket hu..(vios stock hu to pioneer 5550bt)
Of course, ive got more features,nice sound quality and im impressed...but my radio channel reception is not clear as before..cannot get the same channel as before anymore...is this normal or due to technical factor..??? Please, anyone here can help me?

Wat do u mean by cannot set the same channel?

After change hu, radio reception become poor compare to stock hu..if before i can get many radio channel..but now i cannot get the same channel as before..

full range = full frequency can be play, depend on size and spec

tweeter = high frequency can be play, around 4k above

mid range = mid range freq from 400-4k can be play.

just get the driver that match the spec, then u can call it any way u want...

pioneer lower end model are having some tuner problem...

Im using pioneer avh-x5550bt..do u mean that this model also got tuner problem?
If yes, how to solve it? Tq in advance...

Is it necessary to change the rear speakers since I rarely have rear passengers, only once in a blue moon, Usually Rear speakers coaxial or?

Could source for you both the ori Kicker DS Series or Clarion SRP Series, both are 6.5 2-way component set for slightly over rm300 (promo price) yea, however FYI that driving a component set you may need an amp too...

As for rear speakers just maintain back the stock ones will do or best, disconnect it! Save some cash for your fuel...

I see,but no intention of installing an amp, my previous ride used to, but for now just want to replace my factory speakers on my current ride. How about Alpine SPS-610C?

Most of the time, component speaker set will b driven by amp for optimum performance output although you may not if you want to as by end of the day it is your rides & ICE system. Alternatively, u can find a better coaxial speaker system based on your budget stated
