went to car accessories shop,some recommendation as below :

1) change OEM DVD HU ( Convex ) and Mohawk OEM speakers ( front and back ),price arround RM1.4k
2) change speakers only,recommend Hertz component spk for front ( RM800 ),Pioneer/Any other 2 way spk for rear( RM200 )
pls advice *1 or *2 is better solution ? i myself prefer the 2nd option,change only speakers but there're not much adjustment(not even treble/bass,only in manual mode can adjust) on original HU,so is that a good solution ? ( Hertz speaker sensitivity is arround 92db,ori HU should be able to drive it? )

tested today at car accessories shop,for option *2,i would say the original HU output is really poor,cant even drive a pair of decent front speakers at 92db....for those who thinking of not changing HU and just change speaker,better dun,unless u prepare to add a power amp (through its high level spk output or a convertion high low adaptor)....

any commend on option *1,is the oem dvd good enuf to drive front/rear spk without adding any power amp ?
