They way the sell is like MLM, direct link buyer(company staff, directors, vendor) get the cheapest unit and best unit. Second tier connection ( friend of compay staff, directors, vendor) get to choose later, third tier connection friend of friend of company staff, directors, vendor etc get to choose after second tier, and so on last tier public no link get to choose last and pay most hefty price for lousiest unit, or buy from first tier second tier third tier. In this case , it proven to be a good strategy as it got more than 80 percent sold.

Imagine, if all the developer do the same way .... Or majority of developer use same strategy to sell, i would like to wish good luck to those who is still haunting for the roof over their head ...

Trinity was rather new few years back and did pull off a good show... while branded developer charging a premium due to its branding and image..
smaller developers some times have pros and cons in it.. advantage of not charging premium because they need to build their brand.. cons of course their capability still questionable..
true RR will be their "The Thing" to brand their company, more quality will be built in this development and if you look at their show gallery, they are must more serious than Duet and Zefer Hill..
Knox is new but ppl behind is not.. having construction experience for more than 10 years.. Maybank is their bridging financing..

It all depends on one's confident about the developer.. some might not want to take the risk, it is ok as there are many opportunity out there..

Yes, Trinity might has done a good job on Zest. But their first project the Heron the feedback is not so good. I am not in property line and not connected as well, so I couldnt find any information on this knox. Otherwise I wont ask here. Hope somebody can share more on who is behind it? I read from WTF mention Dato xxxx who I dont know, maybe he is famous in contruction ....

Ya GBI compliance is very costly, but this the the future trend.
I mean if I were to invest in condo for either "flipping" or "rental play".
For "flipping" option, I will opts for GBI and design (facade, layout, density, accessibility)
For "rental" option - strong cable rental option is my main concern, i.e college, MRT, Tourism hotspot area (hotel suite investment), Mega Mix development project like Mid Valley, Icon City, Setia Walk has higher chance to attract tenants, compared to stand alone building, of course initial capital investment is also very important becoz it determines my yield. smile.gif

Other project also practise the same "internal reserve" or "private invitation" but no one cares also..

But this one, ppl talking about sue sue sue liao.. that shows ppl memang wanna grab one thumbup.gif

I've posted earlier some info about the developer of RR claiming it is related or even the same entity as the developer of Sierra Residency (SR) but kena shot down by taikors in this forum saying they are not related:

how many gbi certified residential product have you come across currently.
completed and also under-construction?
i only ken bangsar completed.
commercial also a handful.
but other than that, i only know of one more under construction.
can share share your findings?

OK, site seems to be the RR site. So looks like RR developer is the reborn of SR developer. Maybe they have injected new capital, new directors and so on.
