Chinese, Tamil, or kebangsaan school, all available within bk. One thing I like about bk is that you are out of the bottle net in front of ioi mall intersection. Those who lives in pusat bandar puchong, bandar Puteri, puchong perdana, puchong Utama, bandar bukit puchong must pass thru this bottle net for north bound travel.

Hii guys, RR is came to my consideration. Reason as below:

1) Low dense
2) Green
3) Freehold

Green is my priority, and low den....this is my 2nd house i wish to include in and target on 15xx sqf type, for own stay...after read through all pages, price guessing nw is around 450/sqf....hmm....plz keep posting when u notify for launching.

sorry i not good in property, wanna ask i did read through some of u all mention of LVT...my 1st property is sorely on my name...2nd property plan to put under my name n wife name, any LVT impose here?

and for EPF, i did withdraw one time to buy 1st property (register only on my name)...can i withdraw for 2nd property but it register under my name & wife name?

sorry for noob question, need some advice. Thx

For epf, once u had redrawn, u onli can redraw again with snp prove u had sold the 1st house.. otherwise kenot..

1) if your wife still within 3rd properties, LTV can go up to 90% but depend on both of your income, commitment and etc.
2)For 2nd time EPF withdrawal.they will transfer the money ( installment ) to your bank loan account everymonths. p/s: not to your bank account.

Maybe the location wise is better than others and more quiet and greenery.

For me, I like the concept again, FH, low dense, security, greenery and quiet. If the pricing is below RM 450 psf as indicated, I see this is a very value buy. Sigh, they should have launch this earlier than KR2.

It's going to open in next 2 weeks. Launch not so fast.

Perhaps most of us are quite a follower for BK/BJ area new launch, and this RR has too many unconfirmed price and issue, that's why all of us curious and guessing here.

if you go to fast and furious, look at proton preve, haven launch, they ord V2 le...lagi power.....now i started to excited d...plz do de price control around 450/sqf....if lesser lagi best la....

whatever they r doing, they are making RR a big one, even bigger publicity than their KR n KR2, n sales gallery will b much greater than Duet...

Most of my friends who can't get smaller unit at KR2 are awaiting this.

I feel and sense that it had been opened privately.

I do gamble all smallest units with high floors would he taken up by next 2 weeks.
