yup,, actually there are 2 parts.. 1 is the specifications, hard facts which is more precised to manage.. the other part is the workmanship, this 1 quite subjective and to kick butts.. will also have to do a check on the contractor's track record for the diligent purchasers, not just the developer's background..

Honestly, I like this Rimba Res. breezy, and a bit of resort feel. Very ideal for own stay. Generally, finishing and freebies provided are reasonable for this price range. Just a bit worry about the white vanity sets and built-ins, tenant won't take care. LOL.
