I managed to test the 1.6HS along KESAS today.
Turned off the ECON from the start n it felt totally different from when I test drove it last Fri at Citta. I was impressed. Even during idle to accelerate on a slope the car didn't really have much problem going up. Massive jam along LDP but the response n noise level really good. Then suddenly got one Forte honk me. Haha!!! Don't care about him n go on. Overall it's a nice ride. My interest is back to Elantra now.

People used to Vios will definitely feel the car lack that kind of instant power. And be frank even the 1.8 also not at powerful as Vios at lower rev. The power of Elantra kicks in at higher rev. biggrin.gif
So I would say the 1.6 is adequate for daily use and city driving. rclxms.gif

No worries bro. The SA today don't even know it can be turn off before I shown him. Lolx!!

Now I just wana confirm that the StD unit can do the same or not only.

According to the spec STD lack some of the supervision customization. I asked the SA manager n he explained to me during his training this actually means that the STD don't have these two features:

1) option to choose how you wan your car to be unlock after you stop. Either park the car or when power is off. I forgot the other one. Haha. Too much info at the same time.

But he mentioned this is on their training unit which is a full spec before the "stripping" by SD. Haha!! So better wait for the Std available in the showroom first.

Yup, 1.6HS is a must. Some might have 1.8 but definitely no STD n MN. Haha.

I think 2.45 not an issue. Cause standard interest is 2.46%.
