Hey Unifi User,

Have anybody encounter that DHCP or DNS is totally mess up ?

Here are my situation.

PC 1 connects to the web its fine.

Any wireless connection can be connected with the network however can't access the web.
PC 2 and PC 3 (connecting on Lan Port 2 & 3) can connected with the network but again can't access the web.

PC 2 and 3 to PORT 1 and see can or not.

And disable-enable your network adapter.

Tried.

PC 2 and 3 On Port 1. Does not connect to the web. Funny thing is PC 1 connect on either LAN Port 2 and 3 works on the web rclxub.gif

if all else fail might as well reset the factory default setting and will see from there.

No worries.

Hi Rattan,
I end up have to go TM Point myself, which defeat the purpose why I need agent at first place.
Anyway, TM never contact me. I went there and check, both my streamyx and phone line still active.
I have to cancel it myself by filling all the forms. Also I highlighted about the billing name issue.

So, rattan, I still appreciate your help getting my unifi.
Perhaps you have many clients, I probably the unlucky one you didn't provide expected good service.
Or maybe is the problem with TM side being slow in responding
Anyway, I do hope you continue provide good service to other lowyat members here.

Hi guys,
I have a question.
UNIFI at the place i am staying got cut off already. When i check the outstanding bills, its around 600 something (from february to april). The problem now is, the guy whose name is used to apply for it has moved to dunno where already..If i want to terminate, i would need his IC and pay termination fee 500 right? What will happen if i just leave it as it is?
Thanks a lot guys.

Bro I brought up the matter to TM. They were still investigating. However, it is good thing that you went to kedai TM and sort it out without delaying. This is definitely on TM's end error.
So far u are the few handful that TM system had error and didnt terminate the landline. However I have solve such matter by bringing this matter up to TM.
I apologize on behalf of TM.

Enjoy your unifi and thank you very much for your support.

He will be blacklisted and TM will keep billing the monthly chargers.

You don't need to bother. He will be the one who TM will blacklist... Unless you're trying to install Unifi at the same address, maybe that will be a problem?

It's normal to see occasional speed boosts such as this for a few secs with passive optical lines and cable modems.

When you have a line which is operating at much higher speeds and throttled by means of user accounts, you'll see this happening most of the time.

A more accurate way to deterimine your line speed is to try downloading/uploading a large file over a longer period of time and monitor its average speed after a few minutes from a reliable server.

I just successfully flashed my DIR-615 with DD-WRT.

Torrent full speed + upload full speed, play game = no effect unlike stock v7.09 by TMNet, stream YouTube = ping in BF3 suddenly from <20 jump to 500.
