After waiting on the line for 20min, Finally got to talk to their customer service. They said that I'm affected on the maintenance work. He said, the maintenance is for to upgrade their vendor or something.
According to him the maintenance is from 12am to 6am. Thanks |

Line is back up. Speed is ok for me. It will take hours to recover as thousands of routers r trying to auto connect back to the internet now. By tomorrow morning everything should be good.

Unifi just respond to me that my RELOCATION is IMPOSSIBLE because they said the PORT/SLOT in my new staying location is FULL.
So, they asked me to CUT the UNIFI. They won't charge right? Since they can't do it, not, I can't. |
