I've Unifi at "A" house, then, I don't stay there already and moved to "B" house.
Can I just bring the Modem/Router/etc to "B" house and use the Unifi Internet via there straight?
Or, I need to inform TM Technicians?

Relocate need charge RM 500? WTH!?

Wanted to ask something urgent here:

a.) If I want to do a relocation, how do I contact TM Technician to do it? Via TM Outlet/Shop/Office?

b.) Can it be done through other method? Or it's unsafe to do so?

c.) Can it be done by my friend/other people although the Unifi is not registered under his/her name but my name...?

d.) How long will it takes for them to come and fix/relocate(roughly?)?

Unifi just respond to me that my RELOCATION is IMPOSSIBLE because they said the PORT/SLOT in my new staying location is FULL.

So, they asked me to CUT the UNIFI.

They won't charge right? Since they can't do it, not, I can't.

Because I heard my friends said it'll be NO PENALTY if they can't provide you the service.

Can anyone confirm this?

If that's the WORST CASE, then, I'll have to say OKAY!

So, they'll downgrade my UNIFI to SCREAMYX 1st? Then, after they got extra ports, they'll able to upgrade it to UNIFI again without adding extra charges?

The thing I am confuse here is their agent called me said that,
I should go to TM Point to dismiss my Unifi and apply the Screamyx. I am not sure will there be charges or not...(for cutting the Unifi and register the SCREAMYX)

Seriously need to scold them?

I'll go to TM Point shop tomorrow and ask for all the details.

Possibilities:
a.) Cut, cost RM 0 and got Screamyx.
b.) Cut, cost RM 500 and got Screamyx.
c.) Cut, cost RM 0 or RM 500 and got nothing(I like this one, so, I can get my Maxis 10mbps Internet).

Not going for Astro because it's too expensive, IMO.
Maxis for RM 118 and it's 10MBPS!

P1? Bad experiences.

Problem now is I don't want to pay the RM 500 if possible because it's NOT me who doesn't want to use UNIFI but is themselves can't provide the SLOT and told me to downgrade it to SCREAMYX... Hopefully, they'll not charge the RM 500.

I am OK with either Screamyx or whatever(Maxis, P1, Astro) if they do not charge me the penalty.
