5DM3 are much better especially in dealing with noise (D800 look terrible even on iso1600), but i'm glad there is terrible moire on the video for D800. . .hahaha because i'm not in video at all. . .terrible moire for video meaning the low pass filter is actually very weak and that translate to better sharpness and resolution for stills!!! Yay! XD
Glad that Nikon didn't sacrificed the stills IQ for video quality. That should be the way to go!! Well done! Haha |

QUOTE(Str33tBoY @ Mar 29 2012, 04:57 PM) haha... this is an individual case, no other D800 at least from ppl on forums that tested theirs had found to have the same problem of triggering. dat's a very good example for SB-920... btw... hopefully there is a firmware to solve D800 problem... consider kinda serious for those CLS player... some blame the old firmware of the speedlight of the person in the video. who wants to see the incredible ability of D800E, YES! 16-35mm amazing lens for hand-held landscape shoot
The VR really work wonders, those who said short FL lens doesn't need VR really need to try this. I hand held that gem in early morning with very little natural light at above iso1600 and very slow shutter speed. Super sharp all the images. |

I really don't see anything that is better from the 5DM3 over the D800, not a single feature nor function. I'll always be a little bias as can be seen from my display picture on the left, but even if i'm honest and being objective here, quality wise or price wise, nope, obvious choice is gonna be D800.

it must be the D5XX! two 42MP FX sensor combined to give you the ultimate 3D image with unseen resolution and clarity!!! what's more, if u don't like 3D, it can work as a panoramic camera in 2D mode!!! He must be the Nikon engineer designing the D5XX prototype.

definitely not tomorrow or today. . .LOL
who knows. . . hahaha there hasn't been any rumors of anything related to D7100, so would most probably not going to be in the market before May. and, Nikon is still manufacturing the D7000, so definitely not so soon. |

Comparison of D800 & 5dmk3 from TheCameraStoreTv, much better analysis and more constructive than those crap from DigitalRev
