tswern, brickbastion is urs...impressive:)
im loving ur older lego sets, specially the pirates ones...cool
i myself have a boxed eldorado...but its not complete as the guvnor is missing the red flair thing on his head:(
ive been trying to get a hold of the carribian clipper but always got outbidded...

The eldorado set? Nice!
oh.. you are missing the plume. I can check whether I have. The 3 feathers red plumes are rather rare though. I do have many normal liver shape plumes.... if you are interested.
The new pirate sets have different sort of plumes. Look nicer and more appropriate. The old pirate sets have plumes that are plucked direct from castle theme. Not quite suitable.
As for the Clipper... pretty hard to get noways. Keep trying! I would check with my brother whether he is willing to sell his. He is somewhere in Europe now...
Hey... you are welcome to upload the pics of your collection to the gallery. I have so much disk space sitting idle there...

Some of the classic Legos which I have, but either still in storeroom or missing
Managed to find the majority of the pieces, but yet to find the runway and road base plate

not to mention 3 out of 4 jet engines.
Metro Park and Service Tower 6394. Parking Garage with working elevator, car wash, Shell petrol station (prefer Shell compared to Octan) and several cars to go with it!
Airport 6392
One thing I like about classic Lego is that you are building stuff out of ordinary pieces and not specialize pieces unlike now. Like the airplane; the front part is made out of several normal bricks.
Here are the legomen (and ladies) from both sets. Oh, the car wash brushes are from the car park set.
These are real classic sets and are great fun to build! I'm sure you have more, snap some photos and upload them lah!
Spot on! LEGO these days have more specialized pieces especially the SW theme sets. Lots of "technic" pieces in them also.
Missing engine? Just tilt the aircraft in a certain angle, no one would notice lar. The picture you uploaded here also seem to have 3 engines only

Added on February 4, 2009, 11:00 pmGuys,
Have any recommendations for a display rack to display all the LEGO sets?
Been searching high and low for quite some time now... still unable to find a REALLY suitable one.
