kiara? just a pair of nike free also can tackle bah! how much travel is that? haha
for me, 100mm travel all round on my giant anthem is very cukup for my annual pilgrimage to kiara.
as already said, sure will fall no matter 100 or 140 or 203mm.
better to make SURE you bring along a well stocked medi kit, an ang moh fella told me, if you fix all your cuts and scrapes immediately after exit trail less chance of dying of some nasty tropical disease.
peace and happy new year yo! I AM PRO TOO!

semalam whilst turun flintstone trail, i bumped into an XC rider break break slow slow kambing going down. i jerit belakang "go go go, dont break dont break" but the guy refused to kasi jalan or go to the side a bit and let me potong. my front wheel berapa kali almost kena his rear wheel until one time got puddle he swerve tepi then i can potong.

sampai bawah i tengah cuci bike he appeared and he was like "bro! mana orang buat timing?"

sorry ah, kalau slow tu tolong kasi jalan to faster guys from behind.

Tareh...ini bukan Jerai ...hahahahah....

Anyway...I guess some riders think its a 'single' trail that they do not need to give way ....maybe you cucuk to near he afraid or dont know how to give way...
but as usual its mostly common sense ...but I can understand if one is new ...they usually wait for a clear section to stop and give way...if they still refuse ...then common sense ada kureeeng la ...

kanot la langgar RD. ini bukan megavalanche. ini kiara ride for fun. kalau langgar RD nanti dua dua jatuh. his statement tu was more off a sarcastic remark macam laju laju also mana ada orang buat timing pun.

If me... I kasi tiao sama u... He! He! He!

Actually, I hate ppl doing this. He! He! Got one old guy... rubbed my tayar... and hit my handlebar while climbing tokong. Worse... it was jam in front. So, he over took and hit my handlebar. Really... wanted to scold pkm. But luckily too tired.

For such... there is always courtesy. Ask nicely and surely ppl let go.
If I travel on XC... and a DH guy come lcly... I guess I will pkm him too.
