A friend of mine used to use DT Swiss EXM150. I must say that it is super plush and you can see the differences in the adjustments.

dt's red and black stripe dont go along with all color scheme. depend ur frame color..

my frame is black with some red... so its ok only the white body will make it outstanding, no choice except going for reba so its all black.
just wonder its performance is that good? since less ppl using it

or just pick whichever design/colour that catches my eyes?

having said that, any particular reason to choose Shimano over dram n vice versa? part availability, price, durability etc.. any difference?
