I visited KSH at tmn tun. The friendly guy named Lim served me. Very good service. He even asked me to take a test ride on meta am 2013 model.

Price he can offer me the best is rm8640. I think it is pretty harsh on my pocket. Well the new 2013 model got a small little "flap" to prevent mud keep on splattering on the rear sus. I pretty like the bike but the price stop me from getting it. I think the best offer I get really afford is 214 for now.

Also another thing about meta am I found out is that the front casset is only running on 2 gears? Is this casset sufficient or not? I know that most of us (mainly me) hardly use the front gears, but wouldn't it better to have 3 gears infront instead of 2?

It's called chain ring. Only the rear one they call it cassette.
Nowadays mostly 2 rings. 3 rings is old news dy... But some powerful riders ride 1 ring notworthy.gif

Oh. Okay. Chain ring. Hahahaha. The more rings they have it should be better for the person that cycle right? The only downside I see is the few hundred grams of extra weight.

No need. 80mm put 250psi. Same as rigid. Well, at least that's what the xc racers are doing. Yes, pretty pointless...

Go KSH TTDI or BikrPro as they carry size L.
Should not listen to the salesman. After all... their job is to close deal and get commission.
Try it out.

Wondering why no people use 150 travel ya? Is it other travel model got problem or is not something what Malaysian riders prefer?

Also some people told me that if your bike comes with 150 travel it is always advisable to maintain that travel length. If you match with extremely high travel, the bike frame might not be able to support the geometry change and will somehow crack the frame. Is it true?

Well, based on your answer I think you either are selfish person or you are simply shooting blank bullets. Which mean you know nothing about bike.

If I would to use your theory to judge a bike's performance, I don't think it really work. Proton advertise and buy write ups at lots of car magazine. Is proton a good car? Nissan skyline gtr hardly advertise or do any promotion..so the conclusion is this car is lousy?

If you know the fact of a certain pros and cons and you voice it out, I'll respect you. But if your comment are just stating design outdated, number very sueh, no magazine coverage & bla bla bla..you don't know much about bikes.

At least when I went to specialize the guys frankly told me they have no idea because the bike in Malaysia is pretty new.

When when I went to KSH at tmn tun, the guy named lim told me that meta am what that bike can deliver and what 214 can deliver. He give a very good example like BMW and Benz. Both are good car, it depends what you are looking for in terms of look and performance.

That is what I want to hear. Not some blank info that lead to no where. And sorry that if I've offended you with my words. I'm here to learn and explore. Not here to listen to blank facts.

You already heard... and yet you still come in here to shoot... oh pls...
At the end... you'd probably buy a Banshee...
Choice is yours.
And yeah... I was shooting blank and I am driving a proton. In Malaysia... Proton is the best car... not just good car coz majority drives a proton...

Is not wrong to get more opinion around. I didn't say proton is not a good car, is a car that lack of quality and reliability. Again that deepening on what you are looking at..you can even say your proton is better than Benz or BMW.

People that doesn't dare to take a change will always stay stagnant. But people who try to take the change, will gain experience.
