Most of the place it shows as Saville @ the park, but looked at the house plan etc it have this kondo villa pantai title. Though I don't think that would be the final name, could be some provisional name for early on for the architect

Address remains as just an address. but why brand it as Saville then? Defeats the purpose of having two names. People will get confused.
