Faced such similar situation....no need to go court 1 ma...many ways to settle.
On the dev side, i think mkh quality needs to have more stringent control....who their appointed contractor? class A B or C...

Whether right or wrong, such a bad publicity for MKH is never good..it may not turn off everyone but for me
just to be on the safe side, I wouldn't buy from them ever..As a buyer I will think to myself - ok how will I feel
if I get a unit VPed in that condition?

It is not as easy as just get it rectified lah by the developer - why? becoz one has to spend considerable time, money
and resources to get it rectified and if the developer is the KL type, double jeopardy. Meantime, you cannot stay, cannot rent out, and stress big time over your property due to a lousy developer (there are many pariah developers in the market currently - too many infact that unfortunately buyers have "accepted" it ..albeit reluctantly but not to the extent,of going all out to protect their rights..

Anyway I have gone through it all but not as serious as hers but bad enough to leave a sour taste in my mouth.

MKH notoriously bad for their workmanship, quality and after sales service.

Another project I know is Cyberia Smarthomes in Cyberjaya.

Until now no strata title, from what I heard lack of support from MKH.

Quality is horrible. Go there and you will know, now better because of the new management

N the best joke is, MKH send the complainer to prison dy. Bravo MKH.. This is what u repay back to their own client. Luckily i get rid of mkh property.

Hello! I am an owner and have been staying there for 1 year. The defects in my unit are not as bad as hers thankfully (my toilet didnt explode). Yes there were some defects when I first bought the unit but eventually, almost everything is fixed now with ongoing repairs on one wall leak. The bigger nightmare that I am dealing with is my neighbour upstairs who likes to stay up late pulling chairs, stomping around and going to the toilet every 30 mins or so. Is it common for condos to be able to hear footsteps from the neighbour upstairs?
