I believe those were defects when the project was newly VPed. Although it took MKH awhile to resolve the issues, they were mostly resolved nonetheless. Indeed there's still room for improvements but its definately far from bad like what that person has tried to convince ppl in believing.

Flipper will not make any noise cause worried their re-sale value get affected...

saw quite a number of subsales and sent inquiry to 1 of the agents but no reply.. haha
maybe really other owners keeping quiet so that reputation intact.

my general impression is most Malaysians tend to be meek and subdued when faced with situations where they genuinely feel
that they have been short changed or taken for a right.. However not many will stand up for their rights like this lady who obviously
felt that the other party has caused her grief , mental distress and that she has been cheated in some way, and has decided to stand for
her rights fearlessly..

I personally feel that many of us do admire her guts but put in the same situations, many of us would just shrug it off and grumble in the
background , and just let it be...How many of us have been shortchanged by developers but because of ignorance or whatever, we just
let it go and developers are getting more brazen nowadays as they know they can get away with it..

i am not so sure about what u said is correct. This fellow got some symptom of ill attitude and psycho issue where she never agrees to anything to find solution but rather seek sympathy. its like everyone needs to succumb to her demands...hmmm....scary. Dont know what u guys think?

Not sure if i am following the right news, is the lady who is jailed because leaking out some court documents to the public? and if not mistaken the developer do offer to settle it with her but she took it as the developer wants to bribe her and take things further and then ended up in jail..

morale of the story is:
here is bolehland. a small fry vs a tycoon. you me and everyone already can expect the end results. so it is best to just take up any offer. side deal outside the law.

Frankly speaking, I'm really not sure why there should be a fuss from people over someone who is standing firm and upholding her rights. She got sued by developer, seriously, which developer would sue their customers? They are asking for trouble...did someone think she made those photos by herself? I've went VP delivery 3 times and I don't think what I saw are defects...are someone here trying to ply down the actual issues?

Seriously, I think this kind of mentality should be dropped if we really want a change. Maybe not desperate enough...

first thing first.... we can't verify wad she shown or say is correct or not... not much saville bangsar fellow owners stand out and supported her act.... alot of her posts mentioned after 1.5 years... the condition still that bad... if thats the case and verified by fellow owners... then she have no issue with it... but no one stand behind her... its either because of peer pressure or the news is fake... haha

She getting sued is her version that where she wanted ppl to believe but in actual fact was that she went against an injunction and she failed to pay the fine thus the jail sentencing.

I dunno how you can say she (not a fellow ya) is pyscho etc - can you substantiate it or just blowing hot air?

What we know is that she took the developer to court - how many of us when faced with similar situations will do that?
I don't think the decision to go to litigation is a flippant one on her part really..right or wrong not for us to judge..its her decision period.

I think they are many cases where owners did take the developer to court is just that they don't publicize it like she did which is the main reason of getting her into jail.

Correct, right or wrong not judge by us..but this case can see that win the court case, lose the reputation for build up many years..based on the situation now, maybe they can consider extend the defect liability period to 36 months instead of 24 months, especially for highrise project, new projects all 40++ floors, 24 months really damn short period for fixing all the defects..

I think we need to read both sides of the story to make sense of things.

She is an attention seeker.....

She was put to jail not bcos she took developer to court for the defects.

She also claimed that she has fully paid the loan to her condo of 1.2mio.

Whh she fully paid the loan if the condo is sich a bad shape? Will ypu?

you just contradicted yourself big time - first you say we need to "read both sides of the story"..then you
went on to conclude that "she is an attention seeker"..

about repaying the loan in full - whether the condo is in good shape or not, has collapsed or burned down for that matter. the bank does NOT care! loan still has to be repaid regardless.!
