Frankly speaking, I'm really not sure why there should be a fuss from people over someone who is standing firm and upholding her rights. She got sued by developer, seriously, which developer would sue their customers? They are asking for trouble...did someone think she made those photos by herself? I've went VP delivery 3 times and I don't think what I saw are defects...are someone here trying to ply down the actual issues?

Hi, can this be the same problem with Altitue 236 Cheras I posted :-

"Hi, have a friend owned a unit here, complained the 'sound' noise from upper floor at night & morning.

Also mentioned that even his neighbor also hearing the same sound - like people walking very loudly, dropping thins &etc!?

Could it be because the thickness of the floor between does not complied the the required standard or min. thickness !?

of cause i don't believe is something else ! Any explanation !
