Anyone plan to install door grille?
My friend told me some grille suppliers would give discount up to 30% with join purchase, true or not?

Wow. Positioning of the window at the sink area is awkward. Design may be a bit challenging.

Do you plan to knock down the wall between kitchen and yard? I am thinking to expand the kitchen and put the floor at same level. What do you think? blink.gif

That means you'll have to shrink down the toilet. Could be good for you if you really need it. Where you gonna place your washing machine etc then?

Someone suggested to bring the yard floor level up to kitchen level, then remove the bi-fold pvc door and demolish the wall in between, which will expand my tiny wet kitchen to almost double size. Of course I can still keep washing machine there, as I am not a heavy cook. The only problem is where to hang the wet clothes biggrin.gif

Some sifu here may give me good advice. icon_question.gif

Thank you all for the good suggestions, I will get a dryer to put on top of my existing washer.

BTW my electrolux washer is more than 5 years without problem.

Anyone installed window at the yard? I saw one unit installed with grille but I have yet to check with the mgmt.

my floor tiles is fine, surprisingly good. not too satisfy with the walls and wall tiles. Found some with cracks. They've replaced it last week (2 months after complaint).

Sliding door was not properly installed causing the door to hit the rail before it is actually closed. Then the bottom part are now dent and scratch badly. When I made the complaint which is 2 months ago, the dent and scratch was there, but not that bad. But now its just so bad like someone already stayed at the house during the period. I have to tell them twice to change it, in the end, they hit the dent and straighten it up a bit, and paint it over. Sigh, at least it looks, OK.

I'm wondering if I need to buy water heater with pump or not? Judging by the water pressure right now, I say i should

Hi Wan,
Do you check the water pressure without going thru water tap?
I notice the water pressure is much higher without going thru water tap, now I am thinking to change all water taps biggrin.gif hmm.gif

Without water taps? You mean, you've removed it or something like that? How did you use it then?

I just want to check it is not the water tap that causes the low pressure... laugh.gif

I just had my door grille installed with 25x25mm power coat SHS. Very happy with the workmanship and the price is reasonable.

For defect just go to the management office and fill the form. Then someone will go with you to check the defect. They will then ask for one of your front door key so they can come in and out for works. They'll say the work will be done in one month of the complaint but that's bullshit. Just keep complaining over and over so that they will do it faster.

I can't give exact number, cuz you might get different price depends on the design and size of your plaster, but for full house plaster minus toilet, it'd be around 10k++ that's quite basic simple design. I guess I could get cheaper from other contractor but well, at least the support is not too bad.

They have put up a banner at the ground floor...
