QUOTE(brotan @ May 14 2012, 01:12 PM) thanks for your intro bro really cool stuff. called them up and indeed not only their rate is good, their repayment method also different and better than other banks Updated on pg 1 but you can find the description here ### Bank Name : Bank Islam » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Link : http://www.bankislam.com.my/en/Documents/B...nceTransfer.pdfBalance transfer detailsValid Until : 31st Dec 2012 (Note : Called the bank. CS said that unlike other banks where they calculate the monthly installment for you and put that amount in your monthly statement and if you fail to pay that month they will charge you interest, for Bank Islam you can don't pay at all until the final due date (6 mths, 12 mths or 24 mths) pay lump sum everything one shot. That means if you don't pay monthly the installment, it is still ok as they won't charge you interest Early Settlement Penalty : NA : Plan A - 6 mths, 0% fee, 0% interest, Min - RM 1k per bank : Plan B - 12 mths, 0% fee, 1% interest/yr, Min - RM 1k per bank : Plan C - 24 mths, 0% fee, 5% interest/yr, Min - RM 1k per bank the problem is if u get their credit card, there is a contract period which is 3 years.

i think 3 yrs contract is ok. annual fees can be waived with 12 tranx/year. govt tax can be offset with the cash rebate with online application RM150.
then...the card holder can enjoy the 0% BT liao... which i think is the most interesting part of this CC.
hope my assumption above is correct. anyone has used this card before and BT application?
