Plenty of agent getting the owner list from the utility company, and keep calling the owners.

I think developer cannot avoid lad if the effective date of start from the date of first deposit paid .

my previous LAD payment by developer was calculated from SPA date. i think it's only fair to the buyer if he had paid the deposit in advance much earlier and the developer purposely date the SPA many months later.

furthermore, to claim from the deposit paid date you have to go to housing tribunal and show proof with receipts etc.

just received letter for VP.. the letter is dated 2nd May.. oh man, no LAD lol

I remember they said 15cent per/sf last time, it's seems that they increases the maintenance fees already.

based on 24 x 80 x RM0.19 = monthly maintenance fee is RM365

well, even letter is out, still need to wait for bank to fully released the remaining loan sum before ytl can release keys..

my other property purchase don't need to wait for bank release though.. as long as settle the purchaser's outstanding sum will do..

did not contact the stated number and email yet.. reed rear area has light blue YES boxes.. lol i believe can only use YES broadband. just like maxis fibre, most likely they'll be sharing same fibre lines..

Dont u all think the maintanence fees is a bit too high? Consider we dont even have any pool
