I have a question. Do I need to pay RM 600 along with the application form or I have to wait for the application result first and pay them on the registration day? I am confuse before they issue me a bank paper thingy to pay to their CIMB bank account,

Because the application form there say you need to sit for your muet exam before your completion of foundation course. What?????

Yes, Accepted already.

But need to mail them registration fee RM 1550 and many many form, and need to do medical checkup etc etc stuff.
This one is for Hostel one. I type out what they say in the form:

Currently, the campus has four hostel blocks, two for male and two for female with the maximum capacity of 450 students only. Priority is given to students from the foundation year, after careful selection by the Residential Unit. Those who are successful in getting places in the hostel will be informed through letters or telephone calls latest 7 days before registration day. Those who do not receive any call should regard their application as unsuccessful. Prior to registration day. a deposit of RM 400 and RM 200 prepayment are expected from the students. This payment can be done by depositing the amount into MMU account with account number XXXXXXXXXXX, at CIMB banks. The bank in slip will have to be given to the Finance Division during the registration. Sutdents who do not receive any letters or telephone calls will have to stay off campus.........

So the question is should I pay them now? Or send the application and wait until 7 days before registration. If I pay them now and my application deny, then how they give back my money? So confuseee.

For now, you APPLY first. If your application is succesful, they will notify you. Once you get the notification, you pay RM600 before Registration Day

engineering is a much sought after programme and the competition is stiff. you can try to put forward an appeal. good luck.

may i know what is the procedure for making an apeal ?

hmm, write a formal letter and send it to the admin department. attach any documents that may support your appeal. demonstrate your capability.
