Guys, i am interested in MMU foundation of Information Technology, do i know there is how many intake per year? if i miss jun intake will there be another intake in november ? btw when is the exact intake day in jun? when do i need to settle the fees? upon receive the confirmation letter or during the intake day??

Applicants were given three choices at the application form iinm. Also, giving an alternative is better than downright rejection, and then let the applicants decide wanna take up the offer or not. Not a system error as this has happen many times before.

There are 3 intakes, february, june (main) and october. you can apply for any intake if you miss the previous one.

For the June 2012 intake:
Application Closing Date: 18 May 2012
Classes Commencement Date: 4 June 2012

Fees can be paid during Registration day.

i think is because many students dont bother to take the result slip, so they dont want to waste papers.
should we print out the slip, ask them to certify and keep it?

The class starts on 4 June. Registration day and orientation week is ~1 week earlier. You will be marked as absent. If there is any assignment, quiz, test, lab session, you risk losing marks (unless you have obtained prior approval from the lecturers and they agree to do replacement/supplementary test)

oic, thx for info.....btw is that any MMU based scholarship available for apply? And btw r foundation course easy?? Alot of people said that foundation is always the easier compare to others~ izit?

there is Merit Scholarship offered by MMU, maybe can google it out the info. i would say that foundation courses are easy, which is not good because some students might find it difficult to adapt when it comes to degree.

orientation week, speeches, get to know the buildings, rules and regulations, how the system works, maybe MUET and PTPTN briefing, make new friends, some kiddie games

Most people will say orientation is boring etc, but it's good thing, you get to know friendly Orientation Committees, new friends, stuff around campus and things like that. Hope you will have a good time here in MMU
