Is it compulsory for local students to sit for MUET in order to entre the undergraduate programme? I've got 7.5 in IELTS and I missed the chance to sit for it last time :/

Applied for Law but offered Analytical Economics in Cyberjaya campus instead. Decided to appeal but whom should I address the letter of appeal to? FBL or just the Admission Department generally?

So meaning you don't have to reply to the first offer that they gave you( the course that you don't intend to do)?
