Currently selling phase 3, phase 1 and 2 all sold out. For intermediate lot at phase 3 starting with 585k. Does all this means properties in Kajang Semenyih going to boost in the near future.
Futhermore the 2 of the top player Sime Darby and SP Setia going to come in anytime sooner.

Semenyih price is high now.... wait sime darby which next to tiara east... had just visit ipropety fair last week, there a china company who partner with local developer who will going built the houses at broga near tasik semenyih... Went to the site recently too.........yeah the road I would said slightly higher than the site
The price they are selling.....phew ! However, few years down the road you'll never know...the price appreciation might be tremendous ! Who knows? But for Semenyih double storey link houses to sell for more than half a million I guess it's a bit too much (at least currently!)
The plus points are it's G&G, quite spacious, very near to Semenyih town, next door "neighbour" happens to be Sime Darby, further away SP Setia is about to launch some development, quite near to Nottingham University and last but not least Semenyih might be the "next" "in-thing" since Kajang and Cheras more or less "taken up" alrdy

i buy tiara east and get 10% discount....so 585k-10% discount =526.5k downpayment only 10k... free SPA...legal fees... so basically you need only 10k excluding bank loan... from 210 unit of the house...less than 10 unit is still available..other is all booked...

Will it boom just like klang valley area, becoming the second Puchong. Heard about the apartment, quite interested with it.

So congrats to those who bought at phase 1~~ Guys who like G&G home, can start financial planning d~ It's somehow gonna be another bangsa, I guess~  attract better profile people to stay there~ Stay tune dude~
