New apartments coming up beside 1 Residence Tiara East. Looks nice. Don't know what the name, one day must go there and check out.

Never buy property in semenyih for investment, almost buy this project last time, that time the sales agent tell can earn $ since big players like ecoworld is coming in semenyih...

Property in Semenyih is for own stay, not for investment. If you want property for investment, go look elsewhere.
