But phase 2 now already selling at RM518k d....most expensive link houses in semenyih. No DIBS.... No Discount... No furnishing .... apapun tiada.... Just bare unit condition! Forget about it.

people didnt think of buying when it was RM 469k cause they thought that price was crazy, now its already RM 518k. For 24X70, gated & guarded..still ok if buying for personal stay..

whatever ppl think it looks overprice and crazy now will appear to be affordable and reasonble in the future..
those who knows the big plan happening in semenyih corridor will know its potential..

developer is selling concept.. if u can find a semi-d with similiar gng, landscape, wide road, and same pricing at 400k++ in semenyih, dun hav to think, just whack.. and dont forget to inform me to whack also.. icon_rolleyes.gif

For investment, i think worth it.... if not, with the concept provided, for personal stay won't be worse either, as there are road widening and higway build up in progress now. Let's just see it after 2 years!

The current price for the units facing the landscape is selling at 538k onwards, seems like the price is rising rapidly. Heard from the insider,the developer panel lawyer was investing on this properties too, wondering will it be a good investment.

The location is very bad, the whole project is located on the low lands. Go to the site and you will see how low the whole place is compared to the surroundings. The whole taman is prone to flood once completed.

Also, the price is too high for such a normal development. Can get much better deal at 531K in Semenyih.

By the way, this project is almost near to Broga already, do you know how far it is from KL? It is very very far, almost no re-sale value. Too much land there, and too many empty houses there.

This is a negative equity, meaning - you lose money the moment you invest in this project.

i kinda agree with u too, there are still alot empty and abandon units in semenyih. the rental is just too low. not worth it. With the said price tag, i rather go find a decent 2nd hand unit in sg long or mahkota cheras.

I rather go for another project at Taman Cheras Idaman 2 near Sg. Long. The quality not bad.

Let to students buy apartments/condominium better because the property's wear and tear is very high if let to students. Also the price is too high for rental return.

They need to beef up the security there.. heard from someone studying there there were rape and burglary cases involving the students of Nottingham university. There was also burglary case on campus housing itself.

Tiara East is not the solution to better security, the whole project is located much lower than the existing road. basically if you stand on the broga road, you can see everyone's house, whose light is on and whose is not, who is at home and who is not.

Not a good buy, there are much better property to buy at 531K.
