Well let's hope it turn out well and not becoming another white elephant town. 15 years ago, Semenyih tried but fails miserably. Guess this time, it will be different.

tiara east have two type..type A is 2146sq ft (5room) ,type B is 2211 sq ft(4 room)..both same price...

just want to enquire. Anyone stay at Tiara East but travel to work at KL . How is the the easiest way to travel. My workplace nearby klcc.

Just curious .... when CG under construction, the lorry, crane, any heavy industry vehicle etc . Which road they will use. Will those lorry using main road in front of Tiara East? Or CG build other access road ?

i remember last time got a forumer always promote semenyih kaw kaw. Hardly see the forumer any where in semenyih thread now.
